Problem

    Children develop adverse attitudes when they are raised under unfavorable situations that overwhelm them. Some unfavorable situations are: no father figure; no discipline; emotional, physical or sexual abuse; etc. The adverse attitudes are eventually manifested in anti-social and/or criminal behavior. This behavior creates barriers to access and success in America's schools, society and system.

Solution

    To implement and sustain a movement that will effect a positive change in the attitude of the youth that display ant-social and or criminal behavior.
